When my clients were looking at buying a property for their daughters to go to university they gave me some parameters. 1. It had to have transit system close by so they could go to U of A or Grant Mac., 2. Very little criminal activity in the area, lots of light 3. Condo board had to have strong reserves and a detailed plan for repairs and maintenance, 4.
