I met Caitlin Heine from TruHome Real Estate Team by accident in the fall of 2018. It ended up being one of the best accidents I have ever made. In the last 22 years I have purchased and sold 5 properties - and I can confidently say that Caitlin and her team are the best Realtors I have EVER worked with. Knowledgeable, patient, and considerate; they have gone above and beyond to get me over my fear of downsizing. When I met Caitlin, I went to great lengths to tell her how hard I would be to work with, as at the time I was completely undecided if I was ready to sell the dream home I had constructed in Laurier Heights. If I sold, I had no clue where I would move or if I was ready to do so. Most Realtors would have viewed me as a "waste of time" or a "tire kicker". Over a period of eight months, Caitlin showed me so many different properties, different areas, different potential lifestyles I could buy into; all while consistently assuring me that it was ok to dream or even let go of my longtime family home. When I was finally ready, found my ideal condo to downsize into, Caitlin brought in the best professionals to prepare to market my home in Laurier Heights. From high end photographers, professional measurement company, and her whole team (Michael & Elisse) to consult on how to put our best foot forward when listing the property. Each of the members has such unique skill sets - that when you put them together it is truly magical. (I felt like I was on the TV show "Love it or List it"). Prior to meeting Caitlin, I had consulted with many Realtors who, without even seeing my home and all the work I had put into it, would throw out numbers to list that did not satisfy me. Caitlin took the time, went through my home, the love I put into it and came up with a number that was not only drastically higher then the others - but a number I was more than pleased to list at. TruHome's effort to get to know me and my home; as well their meticulous preparation in listing the house paid off. Within 10 days of listing my house was SOLD for the price she said it would sell for. That is service. That is value. That is the human magic that every person should receive. I am now happy, living in the condo Caitlin helped my buy and loving life post-downsizing! Caitlin, Elisse, and Michael from TruHome are truly the best in their business and the only Realtors I will ever use or recommend.

Totally recommend Elisse Moreno & The TruHome Team! She was great to deal with when we our purchased our condo especially when we live a province over=9 hours away. Our time in the city was very limited and we are not familiar with the city. She was always very accommodating with our requests to view way too many properties at one time knowing that time was limited. Then she always gave us pros and cons to various properties and data to back up the choices so we could make the right choice. Elisse helped us with many recommendations and guided us through the whole process. Most of all she was always a text or phone call away to answer our many questions.
