After our experience, I would never think of buying or selling a home without a REALTOR® again. Initially my husband and I had looked at purchasing a home without a realtor, which led to a lot of stress when it came time to making an offer due to a lack of knowledge we had of the market, as we didn't realize the time and effort that goes into gaining an understanding of the local markets, and researching the areas in which you are wanting to buy or sell. Working with Michael made the home-buying experience such a pleasure. From taking extensive time to understand what we were looking for, to helping guide us in the right direction, Michael was there to direct us through the entire process and provided us with all of the options we requested. As Michael also has experience in home renovations and building, he was an asset when we went to home inspections. Michael attended our home inspections, and provided us great insight into the homes we were looking at. With our home inspector and Michael's attention to detail on site, we felt very comfortable knowing what we were purchasing. We ended up finding our dream home because of the time and care Michael put into our home searches. Even after we moved in, Michael's care and attention continued, as we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of port to celebrate. He then followed up with an email to ensure we had a list of items we would need to change our address on, and companies we would need to contact over the following weeks. Michael is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and is great to work with as he is so easy to get along with, and he exudes a high calibre of professionalism. We could never imagine working with anyone but him! Thank you for helping us find the home of our dreams!

Caitlin understood what I wanted!
I had to do very little in terms of fretting at what could potentially be a stressful time. I felt Caitlin understood what I wanted and was able to fulfill my wishes! I'm very happy that she advised me as she did, as I got everything I needed out of my home sale!
