We found Elisse by chance online when we found out we were moving to Edmonton and we truly could not have been happier with our experience and TruHome. As first time home buyers, Elisse went above and beyond the call of duty as our realtor to help make the process easy and comfortable. She was professional, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and we always felt that she had our very best interests in mind. I got everything I needed out of my home sale!

I moved out of province in 2013 but decided to keep my Edmonton condominium and convert it into a rental unit until I was ready to sell. After an extensive search for a real estate agent to list my property, I chose Elisse Moreno and I’m glad I did! I contacted Elisse several times over three years to get a feel for the current Edmonton real estate market and to determine the right time to list. She provided real estate reports along with frank and honest advice which, unlike other realtors who promise the moon and can’t deliver, I found both invaluable and refreshing. When I was ready to list my property Elisse consistently went above and beyond: working with my tenants to coordinate showings, providing detailed updates, completing a dizzying array of administrative tasks, and most importantly making the time to chat with me whenever I had questions. I have been spreading the word about "my realtor" and will continue to do so. More than anything a couple of friend's can not believe how simple you made things out of the convenience of my own home, (all negotiations). They have said, we'll have to remember that when the time comes.
