With the shock and sudden realization of having to part with a loved one and placing her home for sale, your incredible knowledge, compassion, humour and immensely professional service from my first call to you to the final good-bye when you picked up the last set of keys, has been so appreciated. I am now quite certain you are the very best in your field Elisse, and I would invite anyone to experience what I have. A perfect fit for my home buying needs
As a newcomer to the home buying experience, I found Michael Van Butselaar to be a perfect fit for my needs. He was very thorough with walking me through the entire home buying experience and making sure my needs were met. From setting up a search for a home that fit my needs, right up until I took possession of my dream home, Mike took care of my every need. Mike was especially helpful in finding a creative solution to my request for a home with an en suite. Through a mortgage plus improvements (something I had never heard of), he was able to make this dream a reality by designing the renovation of a closet into a full bathroom. Once I took possession, Mike still continued to be of great help to me. He assisted me with finding a highly skilled contractor, got me set up for monthly property tax payments, and even helped me move in. What a guy! To anyone looking for a realtor who they can trust to have their best interests in mind and ensure a comfortable home buying experience, I would definitely recommend Michal Van Butselaar.
